DescriptionSensiMix™ II Probe Kit 는 모든 real-time 장비에서 높은 감도와 더불어 특이성을 갖는 고성능을 자랑하는 시약입니다. TaqMan®, Scorpion®, Assay On Demand®, allelic discrimination 과 molecular beacon probes등을 포함하는 probe-detection 기술에 사용되게끔 만들어진 이 시약은 특히 gene expression analysis와 multiplexing을 할 때 성공적인 실험 결과를 가져다 줍니다. SensiMix™ II Probe Kit는 hot-start DNA polymerase를 포함하는데 이 enzyme으로 하여금 높은 PCR 감도와 정확도를 구사하게 해 줍니다. Hot start DNA polymerase가 갖는 특성때문에 실험 세팅하는 동안에는 활성을 갖지 않습니다. 따라서 이런 특성으로 인해 non specific한 증폭이나 primer-dimer 생성을 막을 수 있습니다. Pre-heating이 끝난 후에야 SensiMix 가 완벽하게 활성을 띄게 되고 이 enzyme에 맞게 특성화된 buffer 조성과 더불어 신뢰 할 수 있는 고 퀄리티의 데이터를 얻으실 수 있습니다. 실험자의 편리성을 위해 SensiMix II Probesms 2x mastermix 타입으로 제공되는데 dNTPs와 stabillizers를 포함한 real-time PCR에 필요한 모든 필요시약이 포함되어 있습니다.
