MBiotech¡¯s 2X PCR Master Mix is a mixture of thermostable DNA polymerases, dNTPs, reaction buffer, and stabilizer. Users can perform PCR by simply adding template and primer pair to the premix. 2X PCR Master Mix also contains glycerol and bromophenol blue as a tracking dye, enabling a direct analysis of PCR products on a analytic gel electrophoresis. Stabilizer in premix prevents freezing of PCR premix at -20¡É and prolongs a shelf life of products even at 4¡É or at 37¡É. The composition is optimized to reduce non-specific amplification and to minimize primer-dimer formation.

1 unit/4 ml thermostable DNA polymerases,  50 mM Tris-HCl, pH9.0, 16 mM (NH4)2SO4, 1.75 mM MgCl2, 2% DMSO, 0.1% Tween 20, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 0.05% bromophenol blue, 12% glycerol, and stabilizer.
