MBiotech¡¯s 1Kbp plus 100bp DNA ladder marker is a mixture of specially designed double-stranded DNA fragments for broad range determination of the exact size of DNA fragments. The 1Kbp plus 100bp DNA ladder marker consists of total 18 DNA fragments ranging in size from 100 to 10,000 bp. The 1Kbp plus 100bp DNA ladder marker is supplied in a ready-to-use format. This ladder can be stained with ethidium bromide or radio labeled at 5¢¥-ends. The ladders are not intended for use in quantitative analysis.
