MBiotech¡¯s 1Kbp DNA ladder marker (supercoil) is a mixture of specially designed double-stranded and supercoiled DNAs for determining the exact size of cloned plasmid vectors with supercoiled form. The 1Kbp DNA ladder marker (supercoil) consists of 7 DNAs ranging in size from 2 to 10 Kbp. The 5 Kbp band is present at double intensity and serves as a reference indicator. The 1Kbp DNA ladder marker (supercoil) is supplied in a ready-to-use format, premixed with loading. This ladder can be stained with ethidium bromide. The ladders are not intended for use in quantitative analysis.
